Mobility4LESS, LLC. carries only high quality home medical equipment made by reputable manufacturers. However, should you be dissatisfied with a product or receive an incorrect order, we have the following policies in place to help you.

Due to the medical, hygienic and rehabilitation nature of many of our products, many of those products are not returnable. Non-returnable items include bath safety products, shower chairs, commodes, certain wheelchairs, some walkers. If you are uncertain about the return policy of any product you are purchasing, please contact customer service.

Returnable Products Policies and Guidelines

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date of delivery of the product to the customer. Items older than 15 days are not returnable.

You must obtain a Return Authrization (RA) number from customer service by emailing your request to customerservice@mobility4less.com. The RA number must be written on the shipping label and the product must be returned within 14 days of the RA authorization to our warehouse at:

Mobility4LESS, LLC.

Restocking Fees

If you request a "call tag" to have the merchandise picked up, an additional fee will also apply, unless the merchandise was defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

Most of our products are non-returnable. A non-returnable product is marked on the product page. Please do not attempt to return non-returnable items. Any custom ordered item in also non-returnable.

Credits and Refunds

Returned products with an RA number will be credited to your account or refunded via check within 30 days of receipt of the product at our warehouse.

Order Cancellations

Typically, orders cannot be cancelled. Your order will be transmitted electronically to our fulfillment center the moment it is placed. Often, your order is packaged and shipped within a few hours. Refused packages are subject to our standard restocking fees.

Refused Shipment/Undeliverable Packages

Please do not refuse a shipment. UPS and other shippers charge extra fees to return refused products to the original shipper. Also, many items ship from warehouses that do not have a "returns" department, greatly delaying any refund you might have coming. Further, items returned without an RA can take an extended time to locate and process. These extra costs will be deducted from your refund.

FAQ

Do We Bill Medicare, Medicaid, or Other Types of Insurance On Your Behalf?

Sorry, but we do NOT. Billing insurance companies or government agencies requires vast amounts of paperwork, personnel and processing delays. The best way for us to provide the fastest service and low prices is by selling on an immediate payment basis.

If you need your purchases paid for by insurance we suggest you purchase through a local durable medical equipment provider. These stores are often listed in your yellow pages under medical equipment or wheelchairs or a similar listing.

Please be aware that we are not a Medicare approved provider and consequently, Medicare will not reimburse you for any purchase made through Mobility4LESS, LLC. Please also be aware that Medicaid regulations vary by state and we can in no way confirm that your state's Medicaid program will pay for a purchase made through us.

Finally, our customer service personnel are not trained on Medicare (Medicaid or Private Insurance Company) regulations or reimbursement policies and therefore cannot provide guidance or information on those issues.

We can suggest that you visit http://www.cms.hhs.gov/home/medicare.asp for assistance with your Medicare questions.

Do you have a retail location?

No. We are an online only web store and do not have any retail locations at this time. Our headquarters is located in Lenexa, KS.

Do You Ship Outside of the Continental United States?

Sorry, we do NOT ship outside the continental US at this time.

How do you tax orders that are shipped within the state of Kansas?

Mobility4LESS makes every effort to adhere to the standards set by the Kansas Department of Revenue. Kansas residents are taxed according to the zip code in which they take possession of their ordered product. In cases where more than one tax rate is active in a designated zip code, the higher tax rate will apply.
