Due to the medical, hygienic and rehabilitation nature of our products, many of those products are not returnable (see details below). Non-returnable items include bath safety products, shower chairs, commodes, custom-built wheelchairs, some walkers. If you are uncertain about the return policy of any product you are purchasing, please contact customer service.
Returnable Products Policies and Guidelines

- Product must be in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery of the product to the customer. Items older than 30 days are not returnable.

Credits and Refunds

Order Cancellations
Typically, orders cannot be cancelled. Your order will be transmitted electronically to our fulfillment center the moment it is placed. Refused packages are subject to our standard restocking fees.
Refused Shipment/Undeliverable Packages
Please do not refuse a shipment. Shipping companies charge extra fees to return refused products to the original shipper. Also, many items ship from warehouses that do not have a “returns” department, greatly delaying any refund you might have coming. Further, items returned without an RA can take an extended time to locate and process. These extra costs will be deducted from your refund.
Payments
We accept credit card orders only in US Dollars. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

FAQ
Do We Bill Medicare, Medicaid, or Other Types of Insurance On Your Behalf?
Sorry, but we do NOT. Billing insurance companies or government agencies requires vast amounts of paperwork, personnel and processing delays. The best way for us to provide the fastest service and low prices is by selling on an immediate payment basis.
If you need your purchases paid for by insurance we suggest you purchase through a local durable medical equipment provider. These stores are often listed in your yellow pages under medical equipment or wheelchairs or a similar listing.
Please be aware that we are not a Medicare approved provider and consequently, Medicare will not reimburse you for any purchase made through Mobility4LESS, LLC. Please also be aware that Medicaid regulations vary by state and we can in no way confirm that your state's Medicaid program will pay for a purchase made through us.
Finally, our customer service personnel are not trained on Medicare (Medicaid or Private Insurance Company) regulations or reimbursement policies and therefore cannot provide guidance or information on those issues.
We can suggest that you visit http://www.cms.hhs.gov/home/medicare.asp for assistance with your Medicare questions.
Do you have a retail location?
No. We are an online only web store and do not have any retail locations at this time. Our headquarters is located in Lenexa, KS.
Do You Ship Outside of the Continental United States?
Sorry, we do NOT ship outside the continental US at this time.
How do you tax orders that are shipped within the state of Kansas?
Mobility4LESS makes every effort to adhere to the standards set by the Kansas Department of Revenue. Kansas residents are taxed according to the zip code in which they take possession of their ordered product. In cases where more than one tax rate is active in a designated zip code, the higher tax rate will apply.
